I think tofu can be pretty boring just as is so I like to add lots of spices. I very rarely just just cut it up and put it in a stir fry. I make lots of tofu shambles like this one http://itdoesnttastelikechicken.com/2014/08/10/tofu-scramble-breakfast-vegan-champions/

I also buy the teriyaki baked tofu from Trader Joes and put it on sandwiches, crackers, or basically any veggie dish. You can make baked tofu at home pretty easily and marinate it with anything you want!

Any soy! Tofu is not fermented and Japanese eat a ton of it. All soy foods contain isoflavones. Good news for us :)

Definitely not! I have been drinking fortified soy milk 15 years now and know I'm getting good nutrition from food...not pills. I took Estroven thru menopause and sailed right through it. I also enjoy eating tofu stir fried with vegetables. Experimenting with edamame...the jury is still out.

Yes, I have avoided soy for years because I wondered if it could actually cause cancer. I read the Japanese eat fermented soy, and that is why they enjoy health benefits Americans don't. So is it just any soy or only fermented soy that is healthful?
